Xorg-7.5 : dead keys accessed with AltGr from a UK keyboard
(specifically, from libX11-1.4.4)

 These are defined in /usr/share/X11/locale/en_US.UTF-8/Compose so I guess
that any UTF-8 locale which *doesn't* have its own Compose file and uses the
latin alphabet will maybe work similarly.  fi_FI apparently includes en_US
so might be similar, pt_BR might be different.

 Note that desktop environments normally impose their own variations on the
keyboard, so these keys are unlikely to work in gnome-terminal or konsole.

 Tested in rxvt-unicode.
