The sysv rendering of my proposed python modules to support the core
inkscape extensions which are shipped in inkscpae-1.2.0.

If reviewing, please try downloading CacheControl-0.12.11.tar.gz using
a graphical browser, to confirm that what I uploaded to anduin matches.
(see commits on -book for why).

There is no changelog until I get permisison to merge.  Followign have
been added (names in tarball case)

For inkscape I have put these all at hte end of 'Recommended' as
"also various Python modules at runtime for the core extensions:"

I have also removed:

Optional Runtime Dependencies (for some of the Inkscape extensions)

XML::XQL

because XML-XQL (a perl module) does not show up in the inkscape-1.2.2
source.

For the separate inkscape extensions which Pierre found, I have no
interest.

It is *possible* that further deps, or more likely deps for
CacheControl, might be needed if someone knows how to test ALL the
supplied extensions, but the issues for cachecontrol at github
when I was looking to try to understand what was going on suggest
that the Lockfile dpendency noted by gentoo may have been removed.
