Changes since initial version:

		Reworked the order of the glyphs to match my new map
		in my sigma-consolefonts.

		Added U+013f, U+0140, U+04ba, U+04bb, U+20b4, U+25a0

		Corrected the shapes of one or two circumflex accents (the
		grave and acute accents are deliberately unbalanced, but
		circumflex is supposed to be symmetrical - I'd missed a
		couple.

		Replaced U+0162, U+0163 with maps to U+021a, U+021b because
		t-cedilla does not exist in modern languages, but was a best
		fit for t-with-comma-below in early versions of unicode : I
		actually had t-with-comma-below repeated in my original
		version!

		Reinstated the right serif on Y and variants so that they
		occupy the full width of the cell, similarly the lower
		right serif on K and variants.

		Reworked U+00d7, U+0111, U+048e.

		Added U+00a4 and mapped many currencies to it.

		Mapped some U+f80x glyphs, for consistency with some latin1
		fonts.

		Reworked U+0431 to not be taller than the capitals, and
		thinned the upper outer parts of U+0416, U+0436, U+04c1,
		U+04c2.  Added some weight to U+0437.
