Introduction to wev

The wev package contains a utility to show Wayland events.

Rename the file download(s) before extracting:

mv -v 1.1.0.tar.gz wev-1.1.0.tar.gz

Install wev by executing the following commands:

make wev

Now as the root user:

install -vDm755 wev -t /usr/bin/

If you installed scdoc-1.11.4, generate the documentation:

make wev.1

If you generated the documentation, install it now as the root user:

install -vDm644 wev.1 -t /usr/share/man/man1/

Installed Directories: None
