The inxi package provides a command-line program which grabs information about the system that you request via a Perl script.
Rename the file download(s) before extracting:
mv -v 3.3.40-1.tar.gz inxi-3.3.40-1.tar.gz
Bind Utilities, BlueZ, cURL, lm-sensors, LVM2, IO-Socket-SSL, smartmontools, Sudo, tree, UPower, usbutils, wget, and Xorg Applications
This package expands to the directory inxi.
As the root user, install the
package:
install -vDm755 inxi -t /usr/bin/
Install the documentation as the root user:
install -vDm644 inxi.1 -t /usr/share/man/man1/
