Miscellaneous Errata

• In the Glibc upgradation process described in 8.5 Glibc-2.40, if you are upgrading on LFS < 12.0 (where GCC is not configured with the --disable-fixincludes option), you need to remove the so-called "fixed" headers after upgrading Glibc and rebooting, by issuing rm -rfv $(dirname $(gcc -print-libgcc-file-name))/include-fixed/* as the root user. Otherwise many packages may fail to build.
