Installation of x265

Install x265 by running the following commands: 

patch -Np1 -i ../x265_2.0-enable_static-1.patch &&

mkdir bld &&
cd    bld &&

cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr \
      -DENABLE_STATIC=OFF         \
      ../source                   &&

make

This package does not come with a test suite.

Now, as the root user: 

make install
