I am returning these headphones because the "noise canceling" feature does absolutely nothing (with or without a battery). Also, one of the headphone wires is approximately triple the length of the other, which causes one side to get pulled on a lot and is very uncomfortable. I attempted to return these headphones at the store I purchased them from, but an exchange was refused because the package is open, contrary to the satisfaction guarantee policy. The store clerk suggested I return during the week when the store manager is there, but I work during the week and am unable to. I understand I did not purchase these headphones from e-commerce, but returning them this way is the most convenient method for me. Without going into detail, I got the impression that the return and exchange policy is made up by the store staff however they see fit. I do not want to exchange these headphones for the same model, I do not like this model. This model was the best headphones available at the store, according to the sales staff. I want store credit, or a refund, for the headphones ($139.99) and extended replacement warranty ($24.99), plus sales taxes. Otherwise just put it in the garbage. Take your time, do whatever you like, but I do not want to waste any more time on this matter. Your response will determine whether I continue shopping at Circuit City. Thank you Robert Connolly
