patch-2.5.4 mktemp fix version two

I have ommited one thing in previously sended patch. You'll get strange
error like:

cannot create file XSsdf1Ji

in instructions like "cat ../example.patch | patch -Np1". Cause of my
lazyness i have not checked all source files for create () calls. And there
were one not in patch.c :).
Excuse me once again. I hope, that this version will work fine finally.
