I peeked and integrated most of the ELinks mingw patches. I little screenshot
documenting it can be found at

I didn.t integrate the config.MingW and Makefile.Mingw stuff, altho' it
looks like you put a lot of time into it, since I prefer to use the
build system and it will in some situations be easier. I will maybe
write src/osdep/win32/README about the status of the MingW port and
explain where I put the (missing) files you added.

Anyway great work.
