Introduction to GNOME Power Manager

The GNOME Power Manager package contains a tool used to report on power management on the system.

This package is known to build and work properly using an LFS-7.2 platform.

Installation of GNOME Power Manager

Install GNOME Power Manager by running the following commands:

./configure --prefix=/usr &&
make

To test the results, issue: make check.

Now, as the root user:

make install
